Check out these September events, guaranteed to make your week!

  • September 9th: A deliciously stuffed farmer’s market with live music, local artists, freshly baked goods, and the best produce the island has to offer. Don’t forget to check out the merchandise that isn’t edible, too! This no-cost event will last from 9AM to 1PM, so don’t over sleep!
  • September 15-16th: The Coastal Stewards’ Blue Crab Workshop will be held for two days! Learn all about the yummy Georgia shrimp from an ecological standpoint. Sustainability is the name of the game, here! This event is 18+, and registration lasts until September 9th. The workshop is $100 a person.
  • September 17th: Come relax at Sounds By the Sea, a concert performed by Michael Hulett. The performance will last from 7PM to 9PM, perfect for a little after-dinner entertainment! Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children 6-12 years of age, and free for children under 6.
  • September 23-24th: The 47th Annual Art Under the Oaks Fine Art and Crafts Festival! Skilled artists from all over the region will present their works, host free children’s art activities, and perform live music! It’s a festival you don’t want to miss, running both days from 9AM to 5PM.
