Georgia born and raised, Maggie appreciates the coastal lifestyle and amenities that the Golden Isles offers and loves helping clients settle into this close knit community she feels lucky to call home. Maggie grew up in Peachtree Corners, a town Northeast of Atlanta, and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a business degree in marketing and finance. After graduating, she obtained her real estate license. In 2021 she was thrilled to receive the opportunity to join DeLoach Sotheby’s International Realty.

Maggie was drawn to real estate because she receives fulfillment from navigating clients through every step of the home buying or selling process, which is often one of the largest and most important financial decisions one will make in his or her lifetime. She especially enjoys educating and assisting first-time homebuyers through the process from the first showing to the closing table. The fast-paced people-centric environment of this industry allows Maggie to flourish in this industry.

Having grown up vacationing in St. Simons Island her whole life she developed a true passion for the coastal lifestyle the Golden Isles has to offer. She loves history, getting out on the water any time she has a chance, gardening, and golfing. Maggie is a volunteer for the local youth recreation organization where she loves to share her passion for sports. Maggie lives in Marsh Point in Sea Palms and enjoys the amenities the community offers as well as its central location to the island’s shops and eateries.
