Rayea began her Real Estate selling career in Dayton, Ohio in 1991 as a member of the Dayton Area Board of Realtors. She was active In the board of Realtors, serving on the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees, as well as chairing the Partners in Education Committee and serving on the Board of Directors for the DABR. Knowing that education would be the best way to help buyers and sellers, in 1994 she earned her GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) and In 1995, she learned the CRS (Certified Real Estate Specialist) From 1997-2000 she served as Manager of her office of 55 agents, and returned to sales in 2000. In 2007 Rayea and her husband Paul moved to the Golden Isles and joined the Golden Isles Association of Realtors, and resumed her Real Estate Career. She has served on The Community Relations and Educations committees and chaired the Member Services Committee. In 2017 earned the (MRP) Military Relocation Specialist designation. She considers herself fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with a great deal of Military personal in her career. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Golden Isles Arts and Humanities and Glynn Visual Arts. Rayea feels fortunate to have been in the Real Estate business. For these many years and brings a great deal of experience and knowledge to her buyers and sellers.
