Born in Romania, Nadia has a truly international background in the real estate business. Initially, her real estate career began almost 15 years ago on the French Riviera in Cannes, one of the most cosmopolitan real estate markets in the world. Nadia’s ability to speak five languages coupled with her knowledge and passion for real estate quickly pushed her to being one of the ‘go to’ agents for foreign buyers. This is where she really learned that the key to the real estate business is not only the property, but truly understanding the wants and needs of her clients, be they seller or buyer. This very international market taught her to understand the economic and political events in client’s home countries, as these were often guiding factors in their search and ultimately their decision process. Following many years in France, Nadia moved to Switzerland but continued her involvement in the London, Monaco and Eastern European real estate markets. Shortly after the birth of her daughter Anastasia, in Lausanne in 2008, she decided to relocate to the United States. Nadia fell in love with Saint Simons Island when she visited the Island for the first time and decided to make this her home together with her husband and family. Nadia is a dedicated dog lover, proud owner of 4, she enjoys painting, interior decorating, boating, cooking and entertaining.
